Taking a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach and using a variety of teaching methods, topics covered include:

  • Predicative Reference Equations

  • Infection control and Quality Assurance

Presentation

Unlike simpler courses - both the science and delivery of spirometry services is delivered, demonstrated and assessed - hence mandatory practical component.

  • Day 1 is in person /or live webinar with participants being led through technical material in preparation of practical assessment

    Day 2 is hands on-site @ The Alfred, Commercial Road Melbourne - working with equipment and one on one teaching, review and assessment

    This course will be presented as a live webinar session. Sessions generally kickoff at 8:45 for 9:00 am start finishing 5pm daily.

    Based on participant demand and location an onsite location may be provided.
